Components of LB1500 Asphalt Batch Mixing Plant

Cold aggregate supply system

The belt feeder adopts speed frequency control, automatically adjust the speed according to the capacity ratio.

Drying system

1. The outer of dry drum adopts good quality thermal insulation material, add stainless steel mask, has good thermal insulation properties and beautiful appearance.
2. The inner aggregate blade adopt boiler steel plate, connect with bolts, with long service life and easy to change.
3. Friction drive by four wheels, smooth transmission, low noise, long life.
4. Roller, roller shaft are all made of high quality alloy steel forging, which has long service life.
5. Special designed butterfly connection plate, the thermal expansion of the cylinder force more evenly. Completely solved the elastic plate heat cracking problem.

Burning system

1.About asphalt mixing plant, specially designed heavy(light) oil burner, has high effect, stable air volume, save oil and electricity.
2. Coal burner and oil burner are available, coal burner with low product cost, is only 1/3 of oil burner, is the ideal choice for customer. The oil burner can use heavy and light oil, has no need to change any component, the consumption is less than 6.5kg/t(finished product) under standard condition.
3. Adopt international standard components, with low maintenance cost.

Dust collection system

1.Primary gravitational dust collection combines with secondary bag dust collection.
2. The bag adopts DuPont high effective dust collection material, with small loss and long service life.
3. The recyclable dust can be used for second time, reduce environment pollution. The emission concentration is less than 20mg/Nm3

Mixing Tower System

1. “Twin-shaft twin screw “batch mixer, long shaft and short arm, shallow structure.
2. Inner scale board and plate adopt High wear-resistant alloy cast iron, has long service life.
3. Bidirectional helical blade, to achieve three-dimensional mixed. Mixing efficiency reaches world class level.
4. Adopts upper and lower split design for easy maintenance; high-strength, high-power coupling.
5. World famous reducer, greatly reduced fault rate.
6. Oversized hot aggregate bin, with high and low aggregate level meter; The discharging door adopts eccentric door design, can effectively solve the aggregate door “jam”.

Vibration screen

1.High abrasion mesh (65Mn), longer life, and lower maintenance costs. Optimized design shields against dust spills, more environmentally friendly.
2. Screen using the pull-out, quick and easy replacement; entire sieve body with locking bolts, overall good, solid and durable. In the case of both sides are equipped with amplitude direction signs, shaker shell around a door. Discharge end bulkhead adopts modular design, easy to maintenance screen via rail.

Bitumen weighing device

1. Bitumen pump jet grouting, made the bitumen distribute more uniformity.
2. The outer of tank adopts insulation device, prevent heat loss.
3. The bottom part of the tank has thermal oil heating device, prevent the bitumen temperature reduced.
4. Adopts primary weighting and secondary accurate discharge weighting, made the bitumen weighting more accurately.
5. Bitumen pipe and pump are all equipped with thermal oil to heat.
