 --------A glance at enamel coated steel tank (glass fused to steel tank )

The steel round (cylindrical) shell of the tank is built from two-layer enameled sheets coated on both sides. The 

sheets are attached with special high-grade bolts and sealed by constantly flexible silicone (sealant). The surface

 of connecting material and the shell itself are properly treated.

This is the only tank finish where two materials are fused together to achieve the best of both: the strength and 

flexibility of the steel combined with the corrosion resistance of the glass. The high temperature fusion of glass 

to steel fired at 850 degree results in an inert, durable finish. Applied to both interior and exterior, the GFS 

technology is able to withstand the rigours of the construction site and provide many years of trouble free service

 in harsh environments.

In water and waste water treatment and biogas project, GFS tank has been widely used as various aerobic and anaerobic reactors of UASB,EGSB,SBR,BAF,USR,CSTR, and equalization tank,Clarifier, 

sludge holding tank, etc.

What is double membrane gas storage ?

Double membrane gas storage device is composed of the outer membrane ,inner membrane and the bottom 

membrane .The outer membrane and inner membrane are air-proof .The outer membrane gave form to the 

external spherical shape of the gas storage device ,and the inner membrane and the bottom membrane made 

the cavity to store the bio-gas .And the device is explosion -proof

Quality Control Inspection and Testing

Package

To make sure of the plate’s code and quality,double checking is required before packing.The steel plates 

are separated wit each other by PE foam, to avoid any damage on the coating surface. And the whole pallet 

steels are covered with a outer film, tied by steel belt.
