Description :

This model wheat flour milling machine is automatic .it could mill the wheat to finished product ,flour and bran, in one time ,without need to stop .

And during the grinding process , if the fineness of the powder doesn't meet the demand , it could be set  manually , and  the milling will stop until the set is completed .

This machine is very easy to use , and work stably . It is fit for individuals ,schools,farms to use at an economic level .

Working Method 

The general working flow chart is :Clean wheat feed -seperating-scouring -seprating-grinding -layout -packing .

Compared to the wheat milling plant with dozens of seprated miilers and sifts ,this machine is much simpler both on the use and the working process ,But users still can get the good qualtiy flour and the bran in the end  ,lower power consumption and easy operation.

Other Information

1.   If customers need to clean the wheat , the cleaning machine could be provided together with this  machine ,including the dry cleaning type and water cleaing type.

2.And the main spare parts of the machine are rollers and belts , need to check the roller after a period .As it would affect the flour quality  if roller wore out  .

3. And the 7 tons/day scale milling machine or 50-500 tons plant  could be supplied , for the individual & industrial use.
