After heat quenching tempering ,hot rolled round bars and forged round bars has higher hardness and wear resistance.

It mainly used as the need to have high hardness and wear resistance of various tools,

such as shape simple mold and punch, cutting of metal cutting tools, drilling tools,

woodworking cutter, countersink, Saxe, chisel, longitudinal hand with saws, and bench work assembly tools.

The delivery condition T8 round bar are:

hot rolled or forged  + Normalizing+Tempering+Quenching and tempering+Normalizing and tempering+Annealing .

The size for T8 round bar which available for our AYJCY steel are Dia 5-80 for hot rolled round bar

and Dia 80-1200 for forged round bar ,the length range is from 3000 to 12000mm.

The tolerance of the diameter is -0/+3mm ,

The tolerance of the length is -0/+20mm.and the straightness tolerance is ≤3mm/m

The UT standard what we can do are Chinese standard of  GB/T 6402 I.II,III and export standard SEP1921 CLASS C/C,D/D,E/E.

A2: steel plates: if we have stocks of what do you need, the MOQ will be 1 ton. If we don’t have stocks, we will quote you according to the specific situation such as the specific materials, steel mills’ order requirements and so on. The MOQ will be 50 tons generally in this situation.
