The machine is for industrial or civil use to produce plastic round mono filament with PP,PE,HDPE as raw material.This machine produce many different size of plastic fiber, for industry and civilian, the fiber mainly uses for plastic rope twine,plastic net, fishing rope,fishing net,pp bag and etc.

The screw and cylinder of extruder are made of 38CRMoALA alloy steel, the hardness is over HV950 after nitrogenaton treatment. The gear reducer use material of 20CrMnTi alloy steel and helical gear. The cylinder of extruder adopt aluminum cast heater which is endurable.
