Brief Description

The tape stretching production line is used for all kinds of woven bag, jumbo bag, geo-textile, tarpaulin, rice bag and chemical bag. The material is PP and HDPE.

In order to improve efficiency, the machine is equipped with automatic feeding, yarn edge recycling, waste yarn collecting auxiliary facilities, also smooth operation, high capacity, low energy consumption are recognized by vast numbers of customers.

On the basic of absorbing foreign technology, the production line is developed from advanced technology such as microprocessor control, frequency conversion modulation and silicone DC modulation.

The main parts adopt advanced foreign product. It is processed by using special & qualified steel enlarges L/D ratio and widen mixing smelt zone on the extruder screw. For the filter-changing system, we apply advanced foreign automatic belt filter-changing. The bake board is changed into advanced hot drawing oven. All of these advantages make the technical indexes close to the international level.
