Dredging Floating Buoy

Mooring Buoy is a loading Buoy anchored offshore, that serves as a mooring point and interconnect for tankers loading or offloading gas or liquid products. 

Marine high elastomer EVA floating buoy is used for inland waterway, waterway and offshore applications, various sizes are available to choose, and every product has solid structure and high performance materials.The buoy will never sink or damaged, it can even bear the risk of collision or other damage.

Constrcution:

1. Laminated closed cell resilient foam core

General surface support buoys are made with highest quality closed-cel PE/EVA foam. This resilient foam make the buoys self fendering with high impact absorption capacity. Even the skin was punctured, it also is unsinkable without absorbing water. With our unique laminating process, each foam core is integrity. The foam core cannot be ruptured after long time service. 

2. reinforced durable polyurea skin

General surface support buoys’ skin is constructed of polyurea elastomer which is reinforced with nylon filament. The polyurea skin is unique elastomer specifically for offshore applications. It is high resistance to abrasion, fatigue and ultra violet degradation and is significantly more durable.

3.  Steelwok and end assembly

Comprising through central steel tube with longitudinal gussets and external load distribution flanges at each end. A swivel assembly, certified 10 tonnes SWL, with bows at each end passes through the central tube. 
All the material of swivel assembly are hot dip galvanized. Steelwork to be coal tar epoxy painted.
