Galvanized steel strand is covered by plastic film first, then covered by two layers of chemical fabric, and at last tape it up tightly. This can guarantee the steel strand quality for a longer life, avoiding it from being oxidation.

What is your minimum order requirement?

Generally our clients would like to order at least 1 metric tons. But if client wants to order fewer for sample to check our product’s quality and then will order larger quantity, then it will be also ok for 1 metric ton at least.

Can I negotiate the price?

Yes, sure.  we may consider discounts for large order quantity. And we have some discount season each year which you can enjoy a favorable discount for our products! We will keep you noted about the discount season!

How long will it take to finish my order?

This depends on the quantity of the order. After we confirm all of your requirements, we will make a production schedule. Generally we have a shorter delivery time than any other suppliers.

Do you provide some cheap steel wires / galvanized steel strand / steel ropes samples?

Yes, sure. We can supply samples for your check of quality.

How much will the shipping charges be?

This will depend on the product quantity and shipping way. We communicate with clients first about the detailed information such as the models and quantity, your favorable method of shipping, (by air or by sea,) and your designated port or airport, and then will provide clients a confirmed shipping charges.

Yes sure. Please kindly let me know your visit schedule in advance so that we can tell you our factory address and the nearest airport to our factory. And we will arrange driver to pick you up at the airport.

How can I know how my order is being done?

We will inspect and test all items in order to avoid damage and missing parts before shipping. The detailed inspection pictures of the order will be sent to you for your confirmation before delivery.
