1. We will take pictures of whole process of loading products into the container.
2. Shipping port is Shanghai, Nanjing, Wuhu, Ningbo etc or as per client’s requirements.

(1)Sample charge: According to sample weight and express cost.

(2)Leadtime: Around 7 days after receiving payment.

(3) For some samples, will be free, but shall be confirmed after you inquire of us.

What is your minimum order requirement?
Generally our clients would like to order at least 10 metric tons. But if client wants to order fewer for sample to check our product’s quality and then will order larger quantity, then it will be also ok for 1 metric ton at least.

How long will it take to finish my order?
This depends on the quantity of the order. After we confirm all of your requirements, we will make a production schedule. Generally we have a shorter delivery time than any other suppliers.

Do you provide some cheap steel wires / galvanized steel strand / steel ropes samples?
Yes, sure. We can supply samples for your check of quality.

How much will the shipping charges be?
This will depend on the product quantity and shipping way. We communicate with clients first about the detailed information such as the models and quantity, your favorable method of shipping, (by air or by sea,) and your designated port or airport, and then will provide clients a confirmed shipping charges.

Yes sure. Please kindly let me know your visit schedule in advance so that we can tell you our factory address and the nearest airport to our factory. And we will arrange driver to pick you up at the airport.

How can I know how my order is being done?
We will inspect and test all items in order to avoid damage and missing parts before shipping. The detailed inspection pictures of the order will be sent to you for your confirmation before delivery.
