Our plant has large-scale forging machines of 10 sets including one 4000tons free forging hydraulic press. We have more than 50 high qualified technicians. Our scope limit is 1-40000kg and our production capacity is 8000tons a year. The application material includes all iron, steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, hear-resisting alloy steel, duplex stainless steel and other special materials. Our forging parts are widely used in petroleum industry, chemical industry, valve.
We have the chemical elements analysis centre and the mechanical testing centre
which include the following quality control measures:
Spectrographic analysis, magnaflux crack detection, ultrasonic detection, dynamic fatigue testing, hardness testing, proof and ultimate breaking strength test... TUV DIN EN ISO 9001: 2000 & ISO/TS16949 available
