Paper Making Fabric For Dryer Process
1.Material:100% polyester fiber
2.PFM paper making fabric for dryer process is made of high quality polyester fiber and passed the heat setting pricess.After heat setting,the spiral dryer fabric can work stable under high tension.
Spiral dryer fabrics offer high strength,high resistance against abrasion,durability,smoothness and good dirt release.
The width of PFM polyester dryer fabric for belt filter press is up to 6 linear meter and the belts can work under PH range 2 to 8.
3.PFM polyester spiral paper making fabric is widely used in the following fileds.
1>Pressing of grapes,fruit and other,
2>Dewatering of inert sludge from quarries or mines,
3>Dewatering of biological or chemical sludge from municipality sewage plants,
4>Critical stages of particle board,medium density fiber board(MDF),oriented strand board(OSB),hardboard&Wood veneer processes and for the manufacture of ceiling tiles,etc.
