Product Description & Features     

It is made of knitted fiberglass or polyester fabric, impregnated with water-activated polyurethane resin. It is used for orthopedic illness or fracture from exteral wound, to preserve fixation for swollen or wounded joint.

It is the upgraded and replaced product of the traditional plaster bandage.

? Slip one layer of stockinet over the wounded part and wrap with cast padding.

? Gloves must be worn.

? Open only one roll at a time, immerse the roll of tape in room temperature water (20-25°C) for 3~5 seconds and squeeze 3~4 times.

? Wrap the tape spirally, taking care to avoid excess tightness. (overlapping the previous layer by one-half or two-thirds the width of the tape. )

? Smooth and rub the surface to achieve good contact between layers. About 3~4 minutes after immersion in water, Ansen Cast is sufficiently rigid to prevent further moulding.

?Check bag without any breakage. Exposure to moisture or water initiates a chemical reaction that causes the fine tape to become rigid. Do not use the tape that feels hard.

? Stored in a cool, dry atmosphere. Temperature for storage is 15-30°C.

? If product has been exposed to low temperatures for a long period of time, switch lower items with upper items and preserve in higher temperatures for 3 hours before use.
