Here are the machining features of our main products:

1. Special material: Besides the common carbon steel, low alloy steel and stainless steel, we specially have very mature processing experience and technology in A516 Gr.70, A36 and other steel plate as per American Standard.

2. Completed specifications:

Integral processing: Dish end with all kinds of specifications (Diameter≤10000MM & Thickness≤50MM);

Multi-piece pressing: All kinds of dish ends, cones and spheres with any diameter, the thickness can be ≥50MM.

3. Various types: There are elliptical, torispherical, hemispherical, spherical, toriconical and flanged flat dish end etc. The valve is including kinds of intelligent electric adjusting valve, pneumatic adjusting valve, electric ball valve, pneumatic butterfly valve and other self-control valves.
