4,Unit equipment composition
Feeder tripper:
Charging wagon`s horizontal movement is performed by the electric car, lifting by oil cylinder.
Uncoiling machine:Set on the left of the rolling mill,can roll the strip one pass in uncoiling mode, mainly composed of hydraulic bulge winding mandrel, reducer and DC motor.
Rolling mill coiler: Rolling mill coiler is set in the left and right of main rolling mill, cooperate with the main rolling mill for reversible rolling to strip, and establish rolling before and after tension. Constant tension rolling and speed tracking display is mainly composed of hydraulic bulge winding mandrel, reducer casing and DC motor.
Main rolling mill: Four-high millis the core equipment of the unit, in conjunction with the left and right roll machine,reversible rolling to strip with tension, is mainly composed of roll system, rack device, hydraulic screwdown gear, hydraulic bending roll device, main gear hydraulic roll change device and so on.

Electric control equipment:In the rolling mill, all of the Dc drive electric control all adopt Siemens full digital dc drive system, to finish rolling mill speed and tension control and has many excellent properties. Higher stability accuracy and excellent dynamic response ability and current speed adaptive function can ensure steady and reliable operation,reduce the machine maintenance time. The main rolling mill is designed for purity control system, also has a single action control, operator operates. The whole digital dc drive has perfect protection function, such as: default phase, overload, overheating, motor stalling and other protections. In the meantime, electronic control also adopt PLC to implement process operation and logic control of the mill.
Hydraulic AGC system:This system has hydraulic press roll gap control(AGC), constant rolling pressure control(AFC),thickness gauge precontrol, monitoring and so on. The system works reliably, easy operation, self protection is fully functional, and with rolling technology database, When rolling different specification of strips, you just need to call out the corresponding rolling technology so you can set as-rolled condition before every time start rolling.
Hydraulic AGC automatic gauge control system basic requirements
1) Automation using Siemens PLC control;
2) Man-machine interface using EVIEW touch screen;
3) Displacement sensor using SONY magnetoscale;
4) Pressure sensor using HYDAC company products;
5) Servo valve using 609 aerospace institute company products;
6) Servo hydraulic cylinder sealing element using imported materials;
Thickness control precision:
steady-state rolling:0.3mm ±4.5μm ; 0.5-0.8mm ±7μm
accelerate and decelerate rolling:2%h; ≤±10μm.
The unit annual output is about 20,000 tons.
