1. Product introduction

    Hatching is a very important procedure of the whole incubating process; design and work performance of hatching equipment directly influence quality of chicks. Traditional hatching equipments consume relatively larger amount of electricity,disinfect in complicated procedures,could result in poor healthy chick rate,has been important factor that influence chicks product quality. It has become consumers´ common requests for hatchers´ producers to resolve above problems. Based on concept of "do everything for consumers",XingYi company has invested qualified R&D source for years,after large amount of comparison experiments and arguments,introduced a new model of circulating air flow Hatcher,and has been awarded with "Invention Patent certification" (no. ZL031392687) by the "Intellectual Right Bureau of the People´s Republic of China." The circulating air flow Hatchers have realized two broken through in both design concept and work performance,resolved several difficult problems of traditional hatching equipments,won common trust and good comments from wide consumers.

3. Main features

    Circulating air flow Hatcher continually adopt fuzzy control technique,greatly resolve inter-influence between parameters of temperature,humidity,ventilation and damper,etc during hatching process and problem that traditional control techniques can not control accurately and stable; make,during hatching process,temperature stable and accurate,humidity proper,ventilation reasonable,environment insides equipment more suitable for hatching and energy saving to great extent.

    Adopt LCD display method,humanized & vivid operation interface,boost readability of interfaces,make operation more direct and clear; with multi practical control functions ranged from intelligent analysis,combination control of temperature and humidity,history of temperature and alarm information display,code protection and adjustable water cooling parameter to phase failure protection,etc. In addition to auto control system,there are thermostat temperature exceeding protection system and emergency temperature control system,ensuring safety during hatching process.

    Circulating air flow Hatcher is assembled by FRP sandwich panels and connecting modules,with elegant appearance,durable and easy to wash; 3 sets of high level water proof fans´ motors ensure special inside flow field design and even & stable temperature field; unique ventilation system can exhaust CO2 effectively,supply efficient oxygen for chicks; step less ventilation adjustment make ventilation more reasonable,can adjust temperature greatly,reduce fluctuation of temperature field.

Circulating air flow Hatcher has obvious advantages compared with normal hatching equipment in terms of control comprehensiveness,work reliability,operation simplicity etc; gained ideal effects of matching tunnel equipment in practice; been specially suitable for large and middle scale hatcheries.
