FEEDING AND DRINKING SYSTEM

Broiler automatic feeding system consists of a driving device, a hopper, a conveying pipe, an auger, trays, a suspension lifting device, an anti-perching device and a feed sensor. The main function of the system is to convey the feed in the hopper into each tray to ensure the eating of the broiler and automatically control the conveying opening/closing of the motor by the material level sensor to feed automatically.

The height of drinking line is adjusted by winch.

The drinking line height for broiler:

From 1 to 7days old chicks, the height of drinking line is 50 to 80mm, from 8 to 14 days, the height of drinking line is 80 to 200mm, the height of drinking line is 200 to 350mm for more than 15 days broiler.
