XLS type shaftless spiral conveyor

Structure characteristic

The product is formed by drive device, head assembly, shell, shaftless screw, slot lining, material inlet and outlet, shell cover, base.

1. Drive device: hollow axe-bevel gear speed reducer or TY coaxial hardened gear speed reducer. This manual only provides the TY drive device. The drive device should be located at the material outlet end if possible in designing, thus to keep the screw under tensile status during operating.
2. Thrust bearing is fixed at the head part to support the force cased by conveying the materials.
3. Shell: U-shape shell with rainproof cover on the top, material is stainless steel or carbon steel.
4. Shaftless screw: material is stainless steel or manganese steel.
5. Maternal inlet and outlet: quare or round shape, usually decided by the client.
6. There are two types of the load and discharge spout, square and circular, which generally are installed by the users in the site.

Characteristics

Compared with traditional shaft screw conveyor, the shaftless screw conveyor has the following features by adopting no central shaft suspension bearing design, as well as proper flexible integrated steel screw to convey the material
