I. Summery

With the increase of the economy and population, the human beings have paid more attention on the pollution of nature. On the basis of summarizing the operation of the sewage device and combined with our scientific research achievement and the artificial practice of our company, a set of treatment device for organic waste water has been designed and it has the sewage treatment device adopted the domestic advanced process and production manufacturing technology at the late period of 90s with the fiber glass and stainless steel as the main materials. The purpose is to make the domestic sewage and industrial waste water reach the requirements of the user discharge or recycle by means of the equipment.

II. Characteristic

1. ZWF1 type complete device for sewage treatment is buried underground and greening can be carried out to the surface above the equipment. It is not necessary to construct house, maintain heat and warmth retention. The anti-corrosion manufacturing can be carried out to the equipment with less than 5t/h water quantity by adopting the fiber glass or A3 steel board.

2. The secondary biological contact oxidation treatment process adopts the blast aeration. The activated sludge owns small volume and excellent adaptability to water quality. The influent water quality is stable without producing sludge swell.

3. The reaction tank utilizes the biological touch oxidation method and sludge discharge (the night cart is used for suction or dehydration for sludge cake for out transportation) needs carrying out for only three months (90 days).

4. The whole treatment equipment does not need establishing professionals for management under general circumstance, and only maintenance is entailed for the equipment at the proper time.

5. It owns quite strong adaptability to the change of the water quality with a small amount.

6. The compressed container, air compressor, circulation pump and other equipment become unnecessary, therefore, the investment cost has been reduced dramatically.

7. The power needed is low with fewer maintenance and artificial operation. ZWF is a process of oxygen exhaust and the odor problem produced by sludge has been resolved.

VI. Service

1. Feasibility report is conducted to the user’s waste water to be treated so as to ensure the molding of the equipment. 

2. If the sewage of the equipment recycled after treatment, a set of coagulation filtration equipment can be added behind the equipment. The equipment can be buried underground and carried out fully automatic continuous operation. The sewage after treatment can be used as the flushing water in the toilet, pouring water and other non-contact water of the human body. The water quality has reached the requirements of the nation, that is COD≤100,BDO≤60mg/L,SS≤30mg/L. 

3. Responsible for the duty training of the personnel for installation, debugging and maintenance and offering the maintenance service.

4. The treatment specification of the instruction is 0.5-5m³/h, which is the common specification. As for the users with the consumption of large amount of water, the company is able to design and manufacture equipment additionally.

VII. Order instruction

1. The organization for order shall offer the specific materials of the water quality before ordering.

2. The factory is able to offer water quality, water quantity and planner graph of the site according to the user, and design the project layout figure and size graph of the water distribution structure of the system.

3. The factory is able to manufacture the purification equipment with special type and water quality according to the needs of the user, and undertake the design, installation and other project of the water plant.
