DAF waste water treatment oil water separator
DAF oil water separator is a kind of efficient wastewater treatment equipment, mainly used for solid-liquid separation and liquid-liquid separation. It is a physical separation process used for removing contaminates from water. DAF oil water separator is specially designed for these applications.
Working principles of daf oil water separator :
There is an air tank and an air dissolved tank inside oil water separator:
Air is absorbed by air compressor in air tank and then is forced to dissolve into water in air dissolved tank, the process saturates effluent with air under pressure.
Once this saturated effluent enters the flotation tank, the pressure is released back to atmospheric pressure. This immediately results in the recycled flow becoming supersaturated, generating micro bubbles as the dissolved air comes back out of solution.
These bubbles attach to, and form within, the solids or chemical flocculants entering the vessel, causing them to float to the surface where they are retained and subsequently removed by a mechanical skimmer. DAF oil water separator is your ideal choice for solid-liquid and liquid-liquid separation.
Uses of daf oil water separator:
The primary objective of daf oil water separator is to reduce Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD) loading by the removal of high COD contaminants including fats, oils and greases, color, organic matter and colloidal material. The total oil water separator can be used with or without the addition of chemicals, depending on the waste type, chemicals can further enhance performance.
DAF oil water separator is widely used for:
1. Paper pulp and water recycling in paper-making industry
2. Removal of heavy metal ions and sundries from wastewater
3. Removal of color and impurities from dyeing wastewater
4. Separation of refinery wastewater and oil in petroleum industry.
5. Solid-liquid separation of sludge and membrane after biological treatment.

ANS: We use standard package. If you have special package requirements, we will pack as you required, but the fees will be paid by customers.
5. How to install after the equipments arriving destination?
ANS: We will provide detailed illustrations to you. If it is necessary, we will send technicians to help you. However, the visa fee, air tickets, accommodation, wages will be paid by buyers.
6. How long is the validity?
ANS:The validity is 12 months from B/L date.
