RO water treatment equipment

The water filter station consists of booster pump, pretreatment units (including quartz sand filter, active carbon filter and micropore-filter), high pressure pump, reverse osmosis (RO) membrane, conductivity meter, UV sterilizer and controls. All these units are mounted on the stainless steel frames for water filtration. The station is used to remove residual suspended solids and organic matter from water and kill bacteria and virus. The portable water is filtered and perfected in this way. The station is unattended and controlled by PLC. It automatically monitors high volume water filtration and long service life.

Function Of Main Components

Quartz Sand
Raw water into the filter for a simple mechanical filter, mainly to remove suspended solids in water, colloidal particles and other large impurities in the water when the water pressure and the pressure difference over 10Psi (0.7kg/cm2) or water SDI> 5.

Active Carbon
Activated carbon is used wood, coal, shell (nuclear) and other carbonaceous material made by chemical or physical method activation. Softener
Get rid of the Calcium and Magnesium,which made the water hard.It use ion exchange resin to change the hardness ion.

Membrane
has a low operating pressure (low pressure compared with conventional composite reverse osmosis membranes operating pressure reduced by about 25% -40%), while maintaining high desalination rate,

The equipment is fully automatic operating, without manual operation, it is controlled by PLC computer programming.

System process as follows:

1. Raw water pump-- provide the pressure to sand/carbon filter
2. Sand filter-- get rid of turbidity, suspended matter, organic matter, colloid and so on
3. Carbon filter--Remove the color, free chloride, organic matter, harmful matter and so on
4. Micron filter--prevent any deposition of large Particles, some bacteria, and viruses into the RO membrane, The accuracy is 5um, for holding back any large particulates such as large iron, dust, suspended matter, impurity.
5. High pressure pump-- Provide the high pressure to RO membrane, at least 2.0 Mpa
6. RO system--RO system is the heart part of pure water plant. The RO systems are capable of removing over 99% of ions, bacterias, particles and 98% of organics and silica, 85 % of B. simply operation and life span.
