Introdution: 

Potato chip machine is an exclusive line for producing superior quality potato chip. For semi-automatic production line, it includes eight machines:

Potato washing & peeling machine -- slicing and cutting machine --blanching machine -- dehydrator machine-- oil-water mixture frying machine-- de-oiling machine -- seasoning machine -- nitrogen and vacuum packing machine.

The description of each potato chip machine:

1) Potato cleaning and peeling machine: can do the cleaning and peeling process at one time, has high efficient and low consumption.

2) Potato slicing and cutting machine: can cut the flake and filiform shape, and the size and thickness can be adjusted.

3) Blanching machine: rinsing and color protection of the cut potato chips.

4) Dehydrator machine: use the centrifugal dehydration, reduce the time when drying, and improve the taste of the potato chip.

5) Oil-water mixture frying machine: has the exact temperature of the oil, can make the potato chips quality and taste.

6) De-oiling machine: use the centrifugal, overcome the shortcoming of botheration.

7) seasoning machine: make the potato chips turning even, use the spray type to add the seasoning, not easy to break.

8) Nitrogen filled packing machine: when packing, put into nitrogen, can avoid break of the potato chips. And it can aeration, package, and type the date at one time.

 Packing ways

All the machines are wrapped in plastic bags firstly before being convolved with straw rope. Then they will be put in a strong wooden case, lined with metal wire if necessary.
