FUNCTIONAL DESCRIPTION

The full set of production line consists of destoner, huller,kneading degerm, germ  selector, polisher, 

fine germselector, grinder, dust remover, suspension cleaner of microsundries,adjuvant material 

purifier and grinder. It is a complete new design of fine maize process work flow from milling, feed 

grinding, vertical transportation, horizontal transportation, pneumatic conveying, ventilation and d

ust control, electronic control to grading product fine packing, the complete whole procedure. Make 

sure the quality and yield of product is reach or surpass national standard. The yield rate of pure 

germ up to 8 to 9percent, the rate of starch less than 10%, the rate of integrate germ up to 95%, is widely used in 

alcohol distillery, starch , sugar and feedstuff enterprises.
