Introduction:

Universal Bending Machine Main Components:

(1) Bending machine up and down roll: for the important parts of the Bending Machine, the material for the forging high-quality carbon steel.

The inside of the rack has a square screw, the upper end of the screw and the upper end of the roller bearing hinge. In the lower part of it is equipped with worm gear and screw vice. Rotate the nut in the worm wheel to cause the upper or lower.

(3) reducer: the use of  hard tooth surface reducer and pad together with the installation of the tank base.

(4) Bending machine unloading device: installed on the side of the reducer for unloading the balance on the roll; from the cylinder to complete the discharge and recovery.

(5) Base: welded by steel and steel plate. The rack, reducer, motor and so on are installed on it, thus forming a whole.
