Ranging from the compact yet effective LZSR50 to the large scale, powerful LZSR350 we can cater to any level of requirement. The 50 mm (2") bore will couple with a wide variety of inputs and outputs.  This allows for an easy installation process free from headaches and irritation.  The impressive air capacity of the LZSR50 of 1.22~1.96m³/min is dwarfed by the LZSR350's astonishing 140~188m³/min.  This range demonstrates the flexibility of our impressive range of equipment.

Roots vacuum pump (three lobes) Roots vacuum pump (three lobes) is a vacuum pump that compresses and exhausts by rotating a helical rotor. It belongs to the category of technically dry-running rotary displacement vacuum pumps.It is also termed Roots pumps or Roots blowers.  The vacuum pumps can get steady pressure. The rotor/housing design drastically reduces pulsations and sound pressure levels. Assembled using state of the art CNC machinery enabling precise measurements and needed for more efficient pumping.Three-lobe design controls any backflow pressure towards rotor.

Our LZSR50H high pressure roots blower performs to the high standards that our customers have come to expected from Oasis Blower. The LZSR50H has a 50 mm (2") bore, an impressive air capacity of 0.61~2.31m³/min and can maintain a pressure of between 63.7kpa~98.0kpa. This is a product that is very durable and is guaranteed to perform as promised.

The high performance electric motor ensures that the air flow remains at a stable, controlled level whilst keeping the pressure variation to a minimum. As with all of Oasis Blower's machinery, the construction of the LZSR50H is simple and functional. This allows for easy maintenance and repair. All of the bearings are lubricated to offer less resistance to the mechanical motion and to keep the operational noise to a minimum. In fact, the three lobe design reduces the noise of the machine by around 5dB in addition to preventing any backflow through the device. The limited vibration from the device will extend the longevity of the bearings by up to 20%. The added bonus of all of these features is that the energy consumed by the device is consistently less than other more rudimentary models. As with all of our products, our high pressure roots blower can be used for OEM.
