Product Description
Use: To cut and separate the whole tyre, to a tyre crown, tyre sidewall, tyre bead.
Structure and principle: The unit consists of frame, rotate mechanism, prop mechanism and knife mechanism. Its principle is that select the tyre bead as a prop point and place it on prop mechanism, then adjust it tightly, start the machine in low speed by slow down transmission part; Knives are installed in the upper and lower part of this machine, can be adjusted arbitrarily as needed, meanwhile the tyre is rotating in low speed, can be cut successfully by the knives. In order to more smooth cutting and tool cooling, pump can be installed and cooling water will be sprayed to cutting point directly.
