 Wood pellet production line flow:

1.Chipping process---------Wood log need to be chipped by wood chipper.

2.Drying process -----------Wood chips need dried by drum dryer ,if chips are dry ,We don't need dryer.

3.Further crushing----------The dried wood chips should be crushed by the hammer mill to 1-5mm ,prepared for pellet process.

4.Wood pellet production line processing---------Sawdust go to the pellet machine make pellet directly or big silo which divide material to each pellet machine when have machine more than ones .

5.Cooling process----------------30-60mins cooling by nature ,or cooled by wood pellet cooler.

6.Packing process----------------You can choose packed by small bag or ton bag .We have packing machine.

Different material need different machine,mould and different design of wood pellet production line.

You may start from wood chipper ,or start from drum dryer ,or just start from pellet machine ,if don't need cooler and packing ,just need pellet machine .

1.what is raw material will you use for wood pellet production line?

Usually material include :wood sawdust,rice husk ,palm fiber/EFB,straw,peanut sheller,bomba powder.

2.What is initial moisture content of raw material?

If more than 15%, it needs dryer or be drying in the sun before pelletizing process.

3.What is size of raw material?

If bigger than 8mm, it needs hammer mill;

4.What is output diameter size would you demand?

The scope of final products can meet diameter 6mm-12mm

5.Do you need cooler after making pellets?

If you want to pack these pellets directly,you need cooler; otherwise, you can put these pellets aside and let them cool under natural condition or by industrial fan.

6.You want to pack these pellets by packing machine or by manual?

If packing machine, we can supply it for you, there is ton bag packing machine or 15-50kg/bag packing machine.
