Manure cross and elevating conveyors.

The 80 cm. wide belts can transport a substantial volume of manure, despite their relatively low speed. To meet high operation requirements, these systems have stable double reiforced belts, rubber vulcanised drive rollers, individually pivoted and spring loaded pinch rollers and galvanised belt scrapers with plastic blades. The belts are available in a fixed, mobile or swinging version.

All egg elevators have synchronised, rotating staovheels, transferring the eggs to empty egg earners at all times. The star wheels also prevent that too many eggs are supplied to the carriers. The strong andflexible canters ensure a gentle transfer of eggs from the cage tiers to a central egg conveyor or collecting table. To most elevators automatic soft-egg separation can be added, removing such eggs before they will reach the egg carriers.

The egg lift system transfers eggs straight from the cage belts to a tier-adjustable egg conveyor. This well designed and perfectly operating system drives the egg belts of all tiers by one central motor only. The egg supply is controlled by a stepless variator. The egg lift system hardly requires any maintenance.
