* Roller parts: Rollers are the core parts of wood pellet press. The materials of rollers must be wearable and not easy to break. We adopt high-quality alloy steel and wear-resistant materials. Through the heat treatment of German vacuum furnace, the service life of rollers is extended for 5~7 times. The simplest pellet press has two rollers. But now, the new developed flat die pellet machine has three rollers, which has bigger capacity for making wood pellets.
* Die parts: As the basic part of wood pellet press, flat die has a series of die holes, which are used for extruding and shaping the raw materials. The hole diameters range from 2mm-10mm for your choice, and the depth of die holes depends on what material you want to pelletize.
