Description:
The machine not only used for all kinds of granular materials into round tablets, but also pressed into various shaped pieces of geometric shapes, the most suitable for small batch production. Tableting speed turntable, filling depth, tablet thickness of the material can be adjusted. Mechanical cushioning means on the machine to avoid excessive mechanical damage caused by overload. Body side with smoke powder box, through the suction nozzle can absorb dust produced when the machine is moving forward, to avoid clogging bond and re-use of recyclable materials native won the State Pharmaceutical Administration of Quality Products Award.
the process of pressing tablets is divided into:1 filling,2 pressing , 3 frming Three procedures continuously. Filling and pressurization control mechanisms were not adjusted, table cards with instructions, easy to operate.
