What is a radiator recycling machine?

A radiator recycling machine is used to recycle copper and aluminum from scrap radiators in air conditioner, auto radiator, refrigerator radiator etc.. According to the processing method they use, the types of radiator they applied and the capacity they handle, radiator recycling machine can be classified into 2 types. One is the small type which can only deal with intact radiators with small capacity; the other is a recycling line includes preshredder, conveyor and crusher and separator with higher capacity.

Small radiator recycling machine is a small single machine with size 1.8*0.8*1.2m, power 7kw and weight 600kg. This machine takes less space, easy to operate and need less cost to start.

1. It only applies to intact and straight type radiators with copper pipe center distance 19mm, 21mm and 25mm

2. When processing single layer, please use the blades covering to cover the lower blades; remove the blades covering, two layer radiator will be processed at one time.

3. Before processing, cut off the bulging outward pipe or the iron and make them even; cut wide ones into 30-40mm width; cut multi layer ones into one or two layers. (these work can be done by a band saw.)

1. How to make sure the machine is workable for us?

Please tell us the wire types you process. If possible better send us some images and their maximum and minimum diameters.

2. Can the machine run on single phase power?

No. These machines can only run on 3 phase power with voltage and frequency customized according to your local use.

3. Where to pick up the machine?

We are company located in China. Usually, we send the machine to our nearest sea port and you find shipping agent to send the machine to you OR we find shipping agent and ship it to your nearest sea port, after making customs clearance you pick it up from the port.

4.How about guarantee? What if there is something wrong with the machine?

The machine guarantee period is one year. During the guarantee, shall any problems on the machine without wrong operation, we help repair or replace the parts for free.
