It will be very durable. Thickened, reinforced machine base allow it to run evenly without any fastening of foot screws. Besides, machine main gear adopts high-frequency quenching, double lengthen its service life.

Disc granulator makes fertilizer by the constant rotating of the disc. The small type disc fertilizer making machine works on the rotating of the disc spurred by the drive reducer driven by the main motor. After material enters into the granulating disc, the constant rotating of the disc and the sprayer device makes the materials stick together evenly and form ball shaped fertilizer.
