1. After starting, put peanuts quantitatively, uniformly and continuously into the hopper, then the shell of peanuts will be broken under the rotor repeatedly hitting with rotor, friction, collision.

2. Peanuts and peanut shell particles under the rotor rotation will get through a certain aperture of the screen (the first time peanut threshing sieve with large holes, then cleaned skin fruit will get in another screen with small holes for the second shelling).

3.peanut shells blown by the force of rotating the fan, light weight, the body of peanut shell is blown, the peanut particle will get through the vibrating screen to cleaning purposes.
