Overview

  Greenhouse film is the most important part of a greenhouse. Good greenhouse film is strong, long-life and possesses functional properties like light diffusion, extra warm-keeping and anti-condensate, dust reduction, etc.

1) Anti-Condensation

This property prevents the water vapour in the greenhouse from condensing under the film and dripping onto the plants to generate harmful effects on the flowers or fruits.

2) Anti-Acid

Acid Chemicals or Sulfur fumigation applied in the greenhouse film will generate acids on the greenhouse film. These acids will influence the stability of the HALS UV addictive and reduces the life of the film. Anti-Acid addictive helps in neutralizing the acids and protect the HALS UV addictive from degrading, thus insures the life of the film.

3) Diffused Thermal film

This property prevents a big portion of heat from escaping through the greenhouse film at night in the form of infrared rays. Thus can keep the greenhouse warmer and render plants to grow faster throughout the night time. Some study proved that the diffused thermal film can increases yield by 10% to 20%.

4) Dust Reduction Film

Because of the static electronic, the film will be covered by more and more dust, which blocks the light that should penetrate into the film. With the dust reduction additive, the film will generate less static electronic, less dust and make more light through in.

5)1 Ton Roll Film

On 2010, we established the capability of running a roll of film as heavy as one ton.

With the help of dispenser, the users can directly cut the film in the field, which increase the flexibility and reduce mistake a lot.
