The main frame of Low cost hot dipped galvanized seedbed is hot galvanized steel, and the frame material is

aluminum alloy, standard size is 6m×1.5m×0.7m(L×W×H), and customization is also acceptable. Seedbed mesh is welded Φ4.0, Φ3.3, Φ3.0  wire into 50mm * 50mm, 120mm * 25mm, 130mm * 30mm rectangular mesh structure, then treated by hot-dip galvanized or electroplating.

The specific material and mesh size can be based on the load-bearing of seedbed.

The mesh is high corrosion resistance and good load-bearing capacity. It can be moved to left or right for a long distance, and can be fine-tuning on the height direction by hand-wheel.

Between any two seedbeds, can leave 0.6/0.8 m width access way.

1. Width:1.50/1.60/1.65/1.70/1.75m (optional), and the width and length can be customized according to your request.
2. Hot dipped galvanized steel structure or aluminum alloy frame. 

    Heavy duty structure can support more than 70kg/m2 weight.
3. There are two type nursery bed: fixed bed and moved bed.  Fixed bed is fixed on the concrete floor and can move.

     The moved bed has a turning handle and the bed can be moved in side direction
4. There will be a path of 0.6-0.8m between every two benches for staff walking and vehicle come in and out.

The aluminum alloy frame and galvanized steel mesh are all in bundles.

Accessories are packaged in carton box separately.

Q5. Is engineer available to guide greenhouse installation overseas?
A: If you order quantity is a full 20ft or 40ft container, our engineer can go your country to guide the installation. Engineer salary is 100USD/ day, round-trip ticket and accommodation are paid by customer.
