Mullite is the product of aluminosilicate under higher temperature.

Mullite sand and flour are made thru a series of processes, including high temperature calcining, crushing, screening, dust collecting, deironing, etc.

Features:

Be of high aluminum content, low iron content, low hardness, low CTE, and so on.

Be of higher fire resistance and better thermochemical property.

Be of higher thermostability and strength

The castings are easy to unshell, no deformation and contraction scale, and of higher fineness, higher rate of acceptability and so on.

Applications:

(1). to be molding materials for investment casting, gypsum stuffing, V-type molding and vacuum suction casting, etc.

(2). to be refractory materials for large, middle and small steel castings, copper castings and furnace/kiln liners.

(3). to be used in making sodium silicate, refractory products, concrete materials, etc.

(4). to be applied in such industries as machinery, aerospace, weapons manufacturing, metallurgy, chemical engineering, petroleum, thermal insulation, sintering, building, and so on.

Brief introduction of mullite for klin furniture :

    mullite for klin furniture can be divided into shaped refractory products(Such as: Refractory brick ,Fire clay brick,High alumina brick, Heat insulation brick,Ceramic fiber products ect) and unshaped refractory materials(Such as:Refractory castable, Plastic refractory, High temperature refractory mortar ect), Widely used in metallurgy, petroleum, chemical industry, Cement, Glass, Casting,carbon,building materials, machinery processing, military, etc.

(2). 0-1mm; 1-3mm, 3-5mm, 5-8mm;100-325 mesh fine powder

(3). customized specification is accepted.

Bespoke mesh is accepted based on a 20ft container FCL.

    mullite for klin furniture is Made from the natural high quality bauxite, our product is through multi-level homogenozaotpm and then calcined at about 1750 degree. it possesses many good characteristics such as high bulk density, stable quality, good thermal shock resistance, small index of high temperature creep and good resistance to cheamical  corrosion, it is an ideal raw aterial for the following refractory products like a variety of shaped and unshaped refractories, advance ceramic asanitary ware body, precision casting models and so on.
