1. Description

Core flakes machine machine can produce breakfast cereal which is one kind of nutritional convenient food which is produced by this process line, using grist as basic material, with different shapes, such as, granule, flake, animal, etc. 

One outstanding characteristic of the breakfast cereal is that it contains abundant compound carbohydrates and dietary fibre, strengthens lots of microelements, such as vitamin and mineral, and also can be added with cocoa and sugar, like honey and maltose. It can be drunk directly after mixed into coffee, milk, yoghourt or functional drink. Children can eat breakfast cereal as sweet crispy snack.

3. Features of Our Twin Screw Extruder

A. Twin screw extruder with electricity heating system

a. The screws are made by alloy steel (38CrMoAL) and special craft by nitriding process, The HRC hardness is around 60---62, it has good self-cleaning ability and does not need to discharge or clean the barrel and screw, when roasting or replacing of materials.

b. The extrusion barrel is constructed of carbon steel, is made by #45 steel, stainless steel coating.

c. The gearbox has automatic lubrication function, with extends gear life.

d. Cutting knife fixed in the die head seat, rotary cutting by V-belt drive.

e. SIEMENS(CHINA) brands electronic parts used in the controller box, make sure the extrusion process perfect

f. Main Motor from SIEMENS(CHINA), ensure its powerful extrusion and excellent performance.

Auxiliary machine--Flaking Machine

The flake machine mainly consist of two roller. The roller is made by alloy and heat treatment on surface. The roller is 1 meter long, diameter is half meter and each weight is 1 ton. When it working, it create 40ton pressure. This great pressure will make pellets into flake. The thickness of flake depend on gap between two rollers.
