B. Corn Flakes or Breakfast cereal snacks:

a. They are new and popular breakfast cereal or leisure crispy snack among the family, 

due to the high nutritional value, like rich carbohydrates and dietary fiber. 

We adopt various Cereal and vitamins and minerals as raw material, the finished corn flakes 

can be served with coffee, milk or functional drinks etc.

b. The quality corn flakes are not puffed but must be ripened completely in the extruder and 

the ripened material will be extruded from the mold with the transparent corn pellets shape;

c. The flake shape can be acquired by using the flaking machine and the thickness 

of the flake depends on the two smooth rollers gap.

d. The Roasted processing is so important for reaching the close-grained and 

crispy texture. At last, it can be sprayed melted sugar or powered sugar as the 

finished delicious corn flakes.

e. The Corn flakes production line is also available for Breakfast cereal snack 

Coco pops, fruit loops, honey loops.

C. Capacity: 150kg/h, 240kg/h.

D. Voltage: In China, Three Phases are 380V/50Hz, Single Phase is 220V/50Hz, 

our technician can adjust it according to your local area.

E. Technical parameter:

A. Machine materials use Stainless Steel at Food Grade, which makes snack processing healthy;

B. The screw is composed of alloy steel(38CrMoAL) which is very Durable; It also has Self-Cleaning Ability which is convenient and time-saving;

C. The extrusion barrel is constructed of Carbon steel which is made by 45# steel and is firm;

D. The Gear box has lubrication function which extends the gear’s life;

E. The Electrical spare parts adopt Siemens(China) Brand or Customized which ensure perfect extrusion working.

Packed by standard and strong Fumigation-free wooden case outisde and plastic film inside, then shipped by container.

A. After service

a. We will dispatch one skill engineer to you there for Installation on time after the machines reach your factory;

b. Our Technician will provide the Recipe for Free;

c. They will also teach your staff how to Operate and Maintain the machine Correctly.

B. Guarantee Period

The Complete production line will be guaranteed for 1 year after installation.

A. Finished time

The production line will be finished in 30-40 days after confirmation.

B. Payment Term

30% is paid by T/T as the down payment, 70% is paid by T/T or L/C before shipment.

C. Delivery Time

When the machines are finished, we will invite you to our factory for testing machine.
