Working Steps:

First step:

Plates or crates are put in cleaning machine, plates are washed in the 38℃-45℃(adjustable)which is transported from the water circulating pump to three dimension design spraying tube and after that the plates can be washed with 48 three-dimension spraying head.The dirt water are discharged into dirt water tube.

Second step:

Plates are washed in the 75℃-82℃(adjustable)which is transported from the water circulating pump to three-dimension design spraying tube and after that the plates can be washed with 26 three-dimension spraying head.The dirt water are discharged into dirt water tube or recycle use.

Third step:

Plates are washed all angles,the water enter the water box which is in the second step,recycle use.And in this phase,the water is clean,so trays or crates will be more cleaner.
