2.Working Principle of 1mm-10mm sand and gravel screening machine equipment

Two vibration motor do the Synchronous reverse rotation to generate the reverse exciting force so that make the screen case force the screen mesh do the longitudinal motion and then the make the material do the periodic forward movement so as to complete the sieving process totally. When the double vibration motors do the synchronous reverse rotation, the vibration force generated by eccentric block will be counteracted on the direction of parallel to the motor axes and then generate the resultant force on the point of perpendicular to the motor shaft. In this case,the screen motion is one straight line. There is one dip angle from the two motor shaft to the screen surface, drived by the resultant force of vibration force and material gravity, the mateial will do the straight line motion in jump way so as to complete the material sieving or grading purpose.
