Product Introduction:
1. EOS blending gas is used for sterilizing medium, this series of sterilizer is mainly used to sterilize products unable to stand for heat and moisture such as medical macromolecule material, medical sanitation material, some Chinese and Western medicine. It has functions of auto control on EO entry, time, and temperature and residue gas disposal.
2. Sterilizing with EOS has advantages such as broad-spectrum sterilization, high penetrability (also penetrate through cloth, paper box and polyethylene film), no harm to materials being sterilized, easy storage for the materials being sterilized etc.

Safety features

The process cannot be started when the door is unlocked.

Manual door can keep the safety status even under the condition of power failure.

Leakage test is requisite before sterilization step.

The door cannot be opened if there is pressure in chamber for ensuring the safety of both operators and machine.

The filtering precision of air filter can reach 0.2 micron, to ensure no second pollution after sterilization.

Password is needed for parameters modification.

Emergency switch can stop any abnormal operation occurs.

Safety valves will release pressure of chamber and jacket if pressure is out of range.
