4. Rotary Drum Dryer

Rotary Drum Dryer adopts the means of Drum marginal transmission, flange connection, direct heat transfer. It is the main equipment in compound fertilizer production, and used for drying granulated fertilizer or raw material. It can make full use of the energy and get best drying results.

5. Rotary Cooler 

Its structure is basically same with rotary dryer. Fertilizers entering from the inlet and cooling air entering from outlet join adversely. The fertilizers of low temperature will be discharged through outlet after transferring the heat to the cooling air. It adopts the design of reverse cooling and can decrease pollution and improve the working environment.

6. Rolling and Sieving Machine

It is the common used equipment in compound fertilizer production. It is mainly used to separate the finished products and return materials. It also can classify finished products. Combined screens are easy to maintain and replace. It has the advantages of simple structure, small size, easy to operate etc.

7. Rotary Coating Machine

It can evenly coat a layer of protection film on the surface of fertilizer granule to prevent caking and moisture. The internal structure of the machine has been specially designed according to the process requirements. It is an effective machine special for fertilizer equipment.

It is the packing machine specially manufactured for quantitative packing of the finished products (compound granule).
