Machine Introduction

DH-FP series animal feed pellet machine is our newly developed energy-saving equipment. It can process different materials such as corn, maize, wheat, grass, grains, molasses, fish meal, meat meal, bone meal and the crushed waste from agriculture. It is widely used in the production of livestock and poultry feed. 

Product Effect&Application Part

The animal feed pellets have suitable density and high combustion value. And it is widely applied for large, middle and small size aquaculture; grain & feed processing factories; animal farm; poultry farm; individual and small & middle size farm or large, middle and small size feed processing factories.

The feed pellet diameter can be from 0.9mm to 20mm by changing the moulds. It is suitable for making feed for animals, such as pig, sheep, cattle, chicken, duck, rabbit, goose, horse, dog, cat, donkey, pigeon, carmel etc. 

Raw Materials

1) The raw material

It has wide range of raw materials, it can be flour, corn starch, rice bran, meat meal, bone meal, fish meal, soybean meal, soybean, corn, grain etc. It also can be mixture of different kinds raw materials, but evenly mixed, no adhesive or chemical.

2) Requirements of Raw Material

Fitness: about 60-80mesh which were crushed and mixed.

Moisture content: about 20%-25%.

Oil content: ≤10%
Starch content: ≥30%

Size of material: powder or granule(size smaller than 1 cm)

Technical Parameters

(1) Gear directly-connecting driving is adopted for high efficiency;

(2) Full stainless steel feeder; variable pitch anti-bridging structure; Imported FC control;

(3) LL stainless steel conditioner with axial steam spraying extends the conditioning and cooking time;

(4) Main gear and pinion shaft adopt the carbonizing quenching with high accuracy; smooth driving, low noise and long service life;

(5) Gearbox and driving holes’ accuracy are guaranteed by specialized casting supplier and NCC;

(6) The bearing and oil seal in the main drive are imported, and especially lubrication oil return system is available to ensure reliable bearing lubrication;

(7) 2 pc quick disassembling type precisely-cast die clamp is adopted to connect the die and quill flange, resulting in convenient and quick disassembling of die;

(8) Pellet chamber door and feed chute are fully made of stainless steel with high anti-corrosion ability and long service life;

(9) The connection between motor and gearbox adopts new type S-shape spring coupling with more convenient disassembling and assembling and more reliable use
