The raw material should be at less than 12% Water proportion and 5m less dimensiom.

Then it will be exreuded from coconut shell charcoal briquette machinee into fuel under

high pressure and at high temperature.

1.you need to crush it at first by following hammer crusher machine:

Then the crushed grains will be fed to the dryer machine through the screw feeder.

2.The following dryer machine will dry powder moisture less than 12% to make briquette.

3.Dried Material enter into distributor and then enter into different briquette machine(you need 10sets briquette machine)

4.carbonization furnace to carbonize briquette into charcoal briquette. 

Generally, 3tons of original briquette produce 1t charcoal briquette.(1/3 of original material)

This machine has 3 stoves, each stove has 3 inner tanks(as left red tank). Inner tanks can be taken out after 8 hours of carbonization. And then you can 

put other inner tanks into furnace to continue carbonization.
