Main function:
1.1 Automatic Infusion
Follow this manual to set total volume and flow rate. The pump will accomplish the task automatically.
1.2 KVO
After finish infusing the preset volume, it will give audible and visible alarm and then switch to KVO (Keep vein open) mode.
1.3 Audible and Visible Alarm
The pump has OCCLUSION, AIR IN LINE, DOOR OPEN, FINISH, LOW BATT, INTERRUPTION, ABNORMAL and DELAY OPERATION alarm functions. It will give audible and visible alarm to inform the users if there is problem when infusing.
Warning Can not operate the pump before solving the problem.
1.4 Be applicable to the common infusion sets at φ3.8mm±0.2mm, δ<0.5mm.
Caution Please refer to 5.6, 9.2 and 9.11 to ensure the infusing accuracy.
1.5 AC/DC
This equipment uses built-in rechargeable Nickel Metal Hydrate (Ni-MH) batteries to supply the power when AC power is not supplied. It’ll switch from AC to DC automatically. It charges automatically if the batteries are nearly used up, (Have to charge more than 8 hours continuously). When the battery power is used up, it gives alarm and notices the users to handle it.
Warning Supply AC power immediately when battery alarm.
1.6 Purge
when the pump stops, purge function is ended to purge air out of line. Double click bolus button to purge. Contrarily, it infuses fast.

1.7 Flow Rate Setting
Set the flow rate between: Drop/min, ml/h and time infusion volume. Users can choose optionally.
Caution Normal infusion set is about 20 drips per milliliter(Check the infusion set parameters what you use.). Infusing liquid’s density affects to the parameter. We can set the data (drips per milliliter) according to the Appendix C.
Clue: When set the flow rate as time infusion volume mode, calculate the preset infusion volume accurately, otherwise will cause error.
1.8 Self-Check After Startup
When power on, the pump executes a self-check. LCD display and all lamps will be light if it works normally. The corresponding lamp will be off if any part doesn’t work.
1.9 Accumulated Volume Display and Clear
the pump accumulates the infusion volume. Users can infuse different types of liquids to patients successively and the pump will display the total volume.
To clear the total volume press CLR when the pump stops, then it will display “0”.
1.10 Memory Function
Memory can keep the parameters which you setup last time over 8 years.
1.11 Flow Rate Calibration
In order to make infusion accurate, calibrate the infusion set according to actual situation.
2. Technical Guidelines

Flow Rate 1ml/h ~1300ml/h. More than 1000ml/h, 1ml/h step; less than 1000ml/h, 0.1 ml/h step.

Infusing Volume Error: ±5%

Preset Infusing Volume 1ml~9999ml. More than 1000ml, 1ml step; less than 1000ml, 0.1 ml step.1ml step.

Occlusion Sensitivity Optional choose from higher to lower. Refer to 5.7.
