In operation, feeding the material into the hopper in side of the cover to be crushed, the grinding roller, hanging in plum shelves of the mill, revolving around the vertical axis and revolving on its own axis. 

Due to the centrifugal force when revolving, the grinding roller sways outward, pressing on grinding ring, to make the schleifer sending the material to the middle space between grinding roller and grinding ring, to crush the materials owing to the roller's rolling.

Winnowing process: After grinding the material, the fan will blow the air inward the main case, blowing the powder and being classified by the analyzer above the grinding chamber. 

Coarser powder fineness is falling into the grinding chamber for regrinding and the powder fineness, which meet the specifications, being into the cyclone collector with the airflow, after collecting, the fine powder discharged from the powder pipe, and it is the final product. 

Air quantity is from the returned air tube of the big cyclone collector upper returns back to the fan, the air duct is circular, and flowing under the state of negative pressure, and the extra air quantity is from air flow circulation path to be charged vis the exhaust gas pipe between the fan and main body, then goes into the small cyclone collector and processes purification treatment.
