 Super Fine Powder Grinding Mill Product Introduction:
On the basis of Raymond Pulverizer, Super Ultra-fine Mill adopts the high pressure device, which improves the production capacity and the fineness is adjustable from 80 meshes to 800 meshes. It can process more than 500 materials, such as feldspar, calcite, speckstone, marble, limestone, conductex and pottery clay, etc.

 Super Fine Powder Grinding Mill Characteristics:
1. Compared with other mills, its capacity increases by 10%-20% under the same power condition, and compression force of rollers to material improve 800-1200kgf under the force of high-pressure spring.
2. Size of final product can be 0.613mm (30mesh) 0.033mm (425mesh). Some can reach the fineness of 0.013mm (1000 mesh).
3. High Pressure Suspension Mill meets the requirement of national dust-dump standard.
4. The separator can be adjusted very easily.
5. The multi-class seals are adopted to keep the grinding equipment tightly closed.

Grinding Mill Machine Operating principle:
The main motor power of Micro-powder grinding machine drives the principal axis and turntable whirling through the speed reducer. The turntable drives tens of rollers whirling in the grinding chamber. The big size material are crushed by the crushers and transferred to the hopper by elevating conveyor. Electromagnetic Vibrating feeder delivers the materials to the middle place of turntable. Under the affect of centrifugal force, the materials go to the edge of turntable and drop
to the grinding rings to be crushed and grinded. After the primary crushing, the material drop into the second and third grinding rings in turn. High-pressure and centrifugal air blower sucks the outside air. At the same time, the powder enters the concentrator by the airflow. The vortex flow created by the worm wheel in the powder concentrator carry the rough materials for the repeated grinding. The products powder goes into the cyclone powder collection device and discharged
by the valve on the bottom of the device. The airflow with less powder is purified by the pulse dust collector, then is discharged by the fan blower and  silencer.
