High pressure super ultra fine grinding mill machine is used for grinding the barite, limestone, kaolin, ceramics, and slag, etc, with the hardness below scale 9.3 of Mohs and 280-odd sorts of non-inflammable and non-explosive stuff in the trades of mining, metallurgical industry, chemical engineering and building material for high fine powder generating and processing. 4. Debugging of YUHONG ISO9001 Super Ultra Fine Grinding Mill Machine

First, testing the machine with empty load. Before the test with empty load, the roller device should be tightened firmly by the network wire rope to avoid the contact and crash between the roller grinding ring. 

Then the test of the host in empty running should bot be less than one hour. Keep smooth when the host is running. The temperature of the oil in the cabinet should not exceed 80°C. 

The increase of the temperature should not exceed 40°C.

Second, the blower should be started without load. Load it until it runs normally. The operation should be smooth without abnormal noise or vibration. 

The highest temperature of the rolling bearing should not exceed 70°C and the increase of the temperature should not exceed 35°C.

Third, the test with load in running the machine should not be less than eight hours. After the normal operation of the raymond grinding mill, there is no abnormal noise in the whole and no leak wind phenomenon in the pipe joints. 

All the parts can be tightened again after the test and the machine can be put into regular use.

When super ultra fine grinding mill machine is put into use, the materials to be grinded are put into the main frame through the feed-in bin on the side cover. Then it revolves round the vertical axis line by the milling roller hung on the star rack. 

With the centrifugal force by rotation, milling roller wings outside and presses fast on milling rings to make relieving tool carry materials between milling roller and ring, thus the materials are crushed by the rolling and milling of the milling roller.
