Process flow introduction: Qualified limestone is deposited in the storage bin, hoisted by the elevator and transported into the top bin of preheater. The top storage bin of the pre-heater is consisted of top and bottom level gages controlling the feeding. And then through the feed tube the limestone is distributed uniformly to all the inside chambers of the pre-heater.

The limestone in preheater is heated to about 900°C by 1150°C kiln gas, about 30% decomposition, pushed into rotary kiln by the hydraulic push rod, and sintered and decomposed into CaO and CO2 in the roatary kiln. After decomposition, the produced limestone goes into the cooler, cooled down to 100°C by the entered cold air and discharged out. The 600 ° C hot air after heat exchange goes into the kiln and combusts with gas. The Exhaust gas goes into the bag filler through draught fan when added into the cold air, and enter the chimney through the exhaust fan.
The limestone in the pre-heater is heated to around 900 ° C by the kiln flue gas of 1150 ° C. At this time, about 30% of the limestone has been decomposition. Then the limestone is put into the rotary kiln by the hydraulic stem. In the rotary kiln the limestone sinters and decomposes into CaO and CO2. Then the decomposed limestone goes into the cooler and is cooled to about 100 ° C by the cold air and then is discharged. The 600 ° C hot air after heat exchange goes into the kiln and combusts with gas. The Exhaust gas blended with the cold wind go to the bag filter through the suction fan and then through the exhaust fan into the chimney.

The lime out of the cooler is transported into lime storehouse by vibration feeding machine, chain conveyor, bucket elevator, belt conveyor according to the customer’s request for whether making the screening other procedures.

Installation and training: provided by us.

Warranty:      The guarantees for the quality of the machines for a period of 12month. If any parts (excluding easily damaging parts) are found defective in quality in the first year, we shall replace it free-of-cost. After one year, parts can be replaced on favorable payment basis. We can send our engineer to provide the installation and trial run in your place. But the relevant cost shall be bear in your account (round trip air ticket, board and lodging).
Service:
The Seller has to send their technicians to the construction site for installing and training as soon as the Seller receives the installing and training schedule from the Buyer. 
The Buyer shall pay for the transportation in the buyer’s place, meals, accommodations, Chinese translator to the Seller’s technicians while they perform the installation and commissioning, and 80USD per day for each technician.
