1.Introduction of  Yuhong  diesel engine jaw crusher

Commonly known as jaw crusher , also known as the Tiger mouth. 2. Maintenance and Operation of    diesel engine jaw crusher

2.1. Feeding equipment after normal running. 

2.2. Material shall be fed evenly in order to prevent side load or side weight increase. 

2.3. Generally, temperature rise o bearing shall not exceed 35°C and maximum temperature shall not exceed 70 °C, or stop and get rid of the trouble. 

2.4. Stop feeding before stopping equipment, and cut motor after completely discharging materials in chamber

2.5. Cut motor immediately when equipment is stopped by materials block and restart the equipment after completely discharging materials in chamber.

2.6. Change the abraded end for the other end. 

3.Working Principle of  Yuhong    diesel engine jaw crusher

Jaw crusher is derived by motor through the motors wheels; the eccentric shaft is derived by the fangled belt and slot wheel to make the movable jaw plate move by a regulated track. Therefore, the materials in the crushing cavity composed of fixed jaw plate, The movable jaw plate and cheek plate can be crushed and discharged through the discharging opening.

1.5 When receive 30% deposit, we will start the production at once; when machine finished, we will send you

 pictures for your reference.after got the balance,we will arrange shipment for you asap.

1.6 Finally we will send you documents include Commercial invoice,Packing list,Original B/L by express.
