It has following advantages compared to traditional hammer crusher.

1. fine size even for wet materials without jam

Equipped with two hammer crusher, it can achieve fine crushing size less than 3 mm, and the final size blow 2 mm for some model can cover more than 90 percent. It has no bottome sieve compared to traditional hammer crusher. So the raw material can't jam inside the machine. 

2. high capacity

The machine capacity ranges from 15 tons to 80 tons per hour.  If you need higher capacity, we can also customized for you.

3. portable models can be customized 

If the client needs to change working site, we can customize the portable machine for our customer. 

It has portable stand with wheel and we can also integrate it with a conveyor.
